Peer review site G2 names TotalAgility a BPM software leader
Helping organizations accelerate digital workflow transformation
It’s always thrilling to be recognized for excellence, but we have to admit: Accolades are sweetest when they come from our partners, customers and users.
In its Winter enterprise Grid® report, peer review site, G2 awarded Tungsten Automation TotalAgility a badge in the leader quadrant for business process management. This is the fourth consecutive badge earned by our integrated automation platform, which was named a leader in the spring, summer and fall standings.
TotalAgility is at the heart of the Tungsten Automation Intelligent Automation platform, helping organizations achieve end-to-end digital workflow transformation, so we’re pleased to hear it’s exceeding reviewers’ expectations for business process management (BPM).
Badges are awarded based on reviews submitted by G2 users, who have experience with the products they’re rating. To earn a spot in the leader quadrant, products must be highly rated by reviewers and have received substantial satisfaction and market presence scores. We’re grateful to the reviewers who shared their insights on the G2 review site and contributed to TotalAgility’s high rating.
According to G2, the BPM category covers software that helps “define, automate and report on processes that are intended to help optimize businesses to deliver on company goals. These tools are designed to help businesses optimize their processes and workflows, improving overall efficacy in day-to-day functions.”
Products shown on the enterprise Grid®️ for business process management have received a minimum of 10 reviews/ratings in data gathered by November 22, 2022. Products are ranked by customer satisfaction (based on user reviews) and market presence (based on market share, seller size and social impact) and placed into four categories on the Grid®️: leaders, high-performers, contenders, and niche.
Of course, TotalAgility ticks all the boxes for inclusion in G2’s business process management (BPM) category, including the ability to capture processes, create rule logic, monitor execution performance, enable users to automate processes and integrate with other tools.
Tungsten Automation TotalAgility also offers much more. It automates content-intensive workflows using AI-driven cognitive capture and sentiment analysis to quickly extract and classify information and route it to the correct place. In addition, citizen developers can take advantage of its low-code capabilities, which make it easy to create workflows and orchestrate both the human and automated tasks that execute them.
In the coming months, there will be even more to love about TotalAgility. Users will benefit from product enhancements that make it even easier for organizations to automate processes and empower citizen developers. As organizations embrace hybrid and remote work, they’ll be able to use this integrated automation platform to simplify workflows, leverage the cloud and accelerate digital transformation.
Today’s business ecosystem is already complex, and the environment continues to evolve. We’re committed to expanding the TotalAgility framework so organizations can build resiliency, improve efficiency and increase productivity – and start working like tomorrow, today.
