Oman Delays Nationwide E-Invoicing Implementation

Oman initially planned to introduce mandatory B2B e-invoicing in October 2024, possibly adopting a pre-clearance e-invoicing model similar to Saudi Arabia's.

As of yet, there is no clear specification regarding the design or system infrastructure of the mandate. We expect the full implementation to be postponed till 2025.
