• SCIM-based provisioning lets IT assign print access by group rather than managing individual accounts one at a time, shrinking the attack surface at exactly the moment a new hire, contractor, or partner joins the network.
• A new System Observer role gives compliance and audit staff a complete read-only view into Printix™ settings, so oversight no longer requires handing out edit rights just to confirm a policy is being followed.
• Printix™ Copilot now ships with EU AI Act disclosure built in, so regulated organizations don't have to treat AI compliance as something to solve after the fact.

Less to manage, with fleet coverage growing on its own

• HP OXPd devices now support clientless printing, with no new servers or client software to roll out machine by machine.
• Konica Minolta adds offline access through the Go Client, using the same clientless approach.
• Kyocera picks up basic accounting support.
• PDFs can now route from the Printix™ portal directly to any destination printer, and the updated iOS app turns that into a native share option, so mobile printing works even on networks that never supported Bonjour.

Print's place in the stack

SCIM takes over account provisioning, and the System Observer role takes over oversight, without IT touching infrastructure that's already in place. The device and mobile updates in this release keep the fleet current without another round of servers or client installs.

Printix™ 2026.3 connects into the identity and compliance systems the rest of the enterprise already runs on, and into the capture and document workflows live on the Tungsten Automation platform.
