In May 2021 the Saudi Arabian Zakat, Tax & Customs Authority (ZATCA) published guidelines and standards for the Kingdom’s new E-Invoicing Regulations.
E-Invoicing will be rolled out in 2 phases. The initial phase specifying how invoices should be issued and stored. From 2023 onwards all organisations will need to integrate with ZATCA to send and share invoices.
