Although expected as a formality, the mandatory e-invoicing law which permits Poland to proceed with B2B e-invoicing was published in the Official Journal on 11 August 2023.

This completes the final stage of the process to enshrine the e-invoicing law into the country’s domestic e-invoicing framework.

The Polish Ministry of Finance is expected to publish a final version of the technical regulations regarding the e-invoicing mandate at the end of Q3 / beginning of Q4. Kofax does not expect major revisions to the current Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) e-invoicing solution set up currently in place, but our teams will analyse these when available to determine system impact.
