The Polish Ministry of Finance Website has proven to be an effective platform which communicates significant information in respect of the upcoming e-invoicing mandate. This includes information regarding the mandate inception date, as well as the updated FA(2) logical structure.

More recently, the Polish Ministry of Finance has published a list of FAQs which provide further information about the mandate. These FAQs are mainly of a practical nature, relating to token usage, and other practical issues taxpayers may encounter.
